Capt. Mohamed Bazina combines the highest academic background and experience. He holds Master of Science Degree in Maritime Transportation Management from New York Maritime College, Master Mariner License in Nautical Science from Egypt and Diploma in Advanced Chartering (Time & Voyage Chartering) from Associations of Ship Brokers and Agents (USA).
He has worked within the global shipping industry for more than three decades. He was a Lecturer at The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (ASSTMT) in Alexandria, teaching Maritime Law and Chartering. Also, on behalf of (ASSTMT) he designed and taught workshops and courses for major oil companies such as KOC in Kuwait and advised in resolving commercial maritime disputes and cases in courts in Egypt. He worked for Qatar Petroleum for 17 years in different positions and was a member in the Maritime Committee of the State of Qatar, advising in maritime legal aspects. He served onboard different types of ships for different flags.
He is currently working as a consultant for commercial maritime issues, disputes and negotiating contracts including Sale & Purchase and chartering contracts and conducting Seminars and workshops in Time & Voyage Chartering.
